Thursdays - 10.15am - 11.30pm.

The NEPHRA Social Walking Group meet every Thursday at NEPHRA HQ, (10.15 for a 10.30 departure). The walk is led by our qualified instructor, Alan Keane. This is an easy paced walk, lasting no more than an hour. It is suitable for people new to physical activity, or those looking to get more active again. Refreshments can be purchased from NEPHRA HQ on return. This is a free session and booking in not required.
