Come along and share knitting and crochet tips. We will provide you with support with your own projects or provide patterns and wool for our fundraising projects.

Join us for our monthly community litter pick, leaving from the NEPHRA Community Gardens 61 Northfield Road, New Moston, M40 3RN.
13.00 – 14.00
Come and find out what in going on in the area and raise your concerns with the PCSO’s.

Come and join us weekly for Strength & Stretch. Mobilise and strengthen your joints, improve your flexibility and give your muscles a good old stetch!

Luncheon Club/Meals on Wheels Service
£7.50 for a 2 Course Meal (inc. Tea or Coffee)
Enjoy a delicious home cooked lunch in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and for those who cannot attend, we will be continuing our popular Meals on Wheels Service.

Guided social walk, meeting at NEPHRA HQ at 10.15 for a 10.30 departure. The walk will take place around the New Moston area and will last for no more than one hour. Refreshments can be purchased from NEPHRA upon return.
